Hi there! My name is Hildi Ahee. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Career and Life Coach and Clinical Consultant. I am a divorced mom of two adult sons, daughter, sister, friend, new grandmother, animal and nature lover, and enjoy living in New England.

I have held many different clinical and non-clinical positions in a variety of industries.

My absolute favorite thing to do is help people to discover their gifts and purpose and guide them on their path to living the life they want and deserve.

MY STORY

I have had many 'restarts' in my life including: starting over after divorce, returning to work after being a stay-at-home mom, moving a dozen times, multiple career pivots, and the transition to empty nest. I have had lots of bumps along the way and have had to overcome a lot of self-doubt, fear, and put past trauma and an unhealthy relationship behind me. 

Through all of these life and career transitions, I learned how to believe in myself, go after what I want, find resources, navigate career challenges, and reimagine my life and career.

MY EXPERIENCE

I have held clinical roles such as: Psychotherapist, Coach, Counselor, Care Manager, Consultant, and Clinical Director. I have worked in the following industries: Mental Health, Substance Treatment, Senior Living, Human Services, Education, Financial, and Automotive. I have recruited and managed both programs and people. I have held leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Admissions, Business Development, and Operations.

WHAT SETS ME APART AND MY APPROACH

My approach is holistic, individualized, and collaborative. I utilize my mental health and vocational knowledge, workplace experiences, life challenges, assessment skills, intuition, and coaching skills to help people to understand themselves better and help to move them forward. I have a deep understanding of personal development, self-esteem, purpose, and life transitions. I work together with you on your journey to be your most authentic self.
